Welcome. By joining Gel Plate Club, you agree to the following terms. Please read them — they're written to be clear, not confusing.

1. About Gel Plate Club

Gel Plate Club is a monthly membership community offering creative content, live sessions, and community access for gel plate printmaking enthusiasts. It is operated by Zenna James.

2. Membership & Billing

Gel Plate Club is a recurring monthly subscription. Your membership will automatically renew each month until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.

Founding member pricing, where applicable, is locked for the duration of continuous membership. If you cancel and rejoin, founding member pricing cannot be reinstated.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access through the date you've already paid for. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

To cancel, visit the customer portal and enter the email address you used at registration. Visit the portal.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue or extenuating circumstance, please reach out at me here and I'll do my best to work with you.

5. What's Included

Membership includes access to:

  • Monthly prompts, lessons, and projects

  • Live Show Up and Play sessions (Fridays, 10:30am–12:30pm Central)*

  • Monthly Q&A and print share (4th Friday, 1–2pm Central)*

  • Recordings of Q&A and print share sessions

  • Private community space

  • Early, ad-free access to YouTube content

*Session schedules are subject to change. Reasonable notice will be given for any significant changes to programming.

6. Community Guidelines & Circle Platform

Your Gel Plate Club membership includes access to our private community hosted on Circle. By joining, you agree to abide by the Gel Plate Club Community Guidelines as posted in the Circle space, gpc community.

In short: this community is built on kindness, generosity, and mutual respect. We ask that all members engage in a way that honors that — with each other, with their creative process, and with the work that gets shared here.

Members who violate community guidelines may be removed from the Circle community and/or have their membership revoked without refund, at the sole discretion of Gel Plate Club.

Please note that Circle operates under its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which apply independently of this agreement. By participating in the community, you also agree to Circle's terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created and shared by Zenna James — including video lessons, prompts, tutorials, and written materials — is her intellectual property. You may use it for your own personal creative practice. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share it without written permission.

Artwork you create is yours. By sharing it in the community space, you grant Gel Plate Club permission to feature it in promotional materials (with credit). You may opt out of this at any time by letting us know.

8. Community Standards

Gel Plate Club is a welcoming space for all people and all skill levels. We ask that you engage with kindness, respect, and generosity. Members who are abusive, harassing, or disruptive may be removed without refund.

9. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Gel Plate Club is offered as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to access the membership. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the most recent billing cycle.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued membership after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
