Gel Plate Club is a monthly creative community built around the simple, powerful act of making something with your hands.

It's one of the most accessible ways we have to regulate our nervous systems, come back to our bodies, and feel like ourselves again.

This is your standing invitation to slow down, show up, and make.

Each month we will explore:

  • a prompt, lesson and project to spark curiosity and creative flow

  • live “show up and play” sessions - because making is better together

  • monthly live Q&A and print share

  • access to YouTube videos first and ad-free

  • a private community space where we share prints, discoveries, and roadblocks

May: Garlands for Peace

Transform your gel prints into handmade garlands that celebrate hope, calm, and connection.

We’ll organize a community art swap to share our creations and begin the new season with beauty.

Monthly lesson will explore soft palettes, intentional marks, collage-friendly textures, cutting techniques (shapes, strips, circles, organic forms) and tips for durability + stringing options.

June: Lantern Light Study

Use your gel prints to explore the push and pull of light and shadow in a series of high-contrast pieces. Monthly lesson will explore transparency, negative space, resist techniques, and working with a limited palette to maximum effect.

Transform your gel prints into glowing lanterns that celebrate the longest days of the year — and the light you carry within. We'll share our lit creations in a community photo share and reflect together on what we're ready to illuminate.

We begin May 1, 2026.
